Woman, 35, infertilityThe first time it felt very confrontational: “It pulled me out of my body: at night I had the feeling that I was floating above my body, and during the day I was intensely cold, no longer in contact with my legs or feet, recognizable from the past. Also the feeling from the past came back that I didn't want to be there anymore, as if I wanted to get out of life, a feeling I know from my adolescence.”The second time felt better: more connection to my body, more connection to playing the piano.
Also the feeling of 'being able' to do it: making music, while normally I can often feel insecure about that as well.
The concert went well last week, was nice to do, much more relaxation compared to the concerts with my former colleague.
