EssenceThe community has a simplistic opinion about what is good and what is bad, in an orthodox way. But the opinion has draconian. consequences. This gets aggravated in times of stress and war, the world becomes small, opinion black and white.MindSharp, pricking, vitreous.
Isolation, rejection by the community.
Feeling heavy, black.
Black-and-white thinking, good versus bad, orthodox, narrow minded, fault finding.
Shame, guilt, hypocrisy.
Hard work on building up!
Suppressing feelings of the pains of the war period.
Don't want to see your own shadow.
Problems from village events with gossip and being judged.
Dreams: violent sex; prostitution for survival; deaths of war.GeneralSensation: heaviness.BodyLungs: hyperventilation; suffocating respiration
Heart: burning pain, extending to stomach and throat.
I would like to place it in stage 16.
