Woman, 27, anxiety and panic disorde.A 27-year-old female patient comes to the first anamnesis with various problems: Anxiety and panic disorder, hair loss, already repeated bad PAP smear (conisation threatens), back tension, hay fever, irritable bowel syndrome with frequent abdominal pain, and difficulty falling asleep.For the first time 9 years ago, shortly before graduating from high school (Matura), an anxiety and panic disorder occurred. At that time it improved thanks to psychotherapy, but the fears never completely disappeared. She is generally afraid of change, of something new, of the unknown that lies before her. Since one year everything is mentally worse again. She is nervous, everything is too much for her, and above all the insecurity how to go further in life: should she continue her studies and still do the Master? She is a physiotherapist, employed in a practice, at work she is very conscientious, everything goes well. Should she stay together with her current boyfriend? Is he the right person for life? She fears what would come after a separation. And, does she want family, or should she concentrate on her job? In the evening thought circles do not let her fall asleep.
She has very high ideals, so she thinks, for example, if you move in together, then that means for the whole life! In the end she thought she felt so positive and stable inside that she only had one dose of the remedy on reserve at home. All in all, it is a much better attitude to life than a year ago, the quality of life has increased from about 60 to 85.
