Sleep problems from birth: wakes often, does not sleep for more than 3 hours at a time.BackgroundSecond pregnancy (after miscarriage). At antenatal check-ups, Noor appeared small with little amniotic fluid, but was normal at birth. Rapid motor development.Family situationMother is a remedial teacher in disability care, father a property developer. Noor is much with host parents or grandmother.AnalysisBorax: nappy rash;
Prescription: Borax MK.Follow-upAfter 8 weeks, Noor slept better from week 2 and skin was calmer. Follow-up after 1.5 years: eczema did not return, sleep rhythm remained good.
