During the anamesis I constantly feel restless, nervous, hurried, I cannot concentrate and the patient speaks so quickly, that I cannot write as fast as she is talking, I cannot follow her thoughts, they are flattering around, from one point to the other, I feel more and more uncomfortable.
She explains a lot, has a lot of theories about everything, jumping from one issue to the other.
Her childhood was terrible, she was the youngest sibling of four, the eldest was a stillbirth. One brother now suffers from coecum carcinoma. They all lived on a farm. Her father depreciated her, her mother was always lamenting. There was no bonding. The patient had to work hard, in a way she felt abused, she had severe changes of mood, suicidal thoughts, she has no fears in the dark or to be alone. She lived in a house alone for years. She is very restless, always has to move, to change the position, to run, to make sports, to work. She comes to my office with a heavy rucksack on her shoulders. She has a dream of a rape, one man in the village tried to abuse her. There had been a handicapped man in the village during her childhood, she remembers a bit, but the whole story is in a fog.
She just wants to be hugged and caressed, but sex is not important for her, she always heard at home, this is something bad.
She has a good relationship with a religious man since two years and feels the first time in life supported from him.
She says, earlier in her life she had been too adult, now she feels like a child, restless and buzzling around.

Night sweats!
Follow upAfter Musca domestica 1M she has less pain and swelling in her joints, she can reduce the pain-blockers. The perspiration at night also is less.
The next follow up she the first time in her life is pregnant with 44. Her friend is nearly 50. She fears the reaction of her mother, who would say, this is nonsense to have a child with this age, it would be too much work. She keeps the pregnancy secret, but next consultation she tells me, she had an abortion.
But she is much calmer, I can follow her thoughts much better.
Her joints are better, she can walk more easily, she needs no painkillers any longer, the skin is worse.
