Lopezia racemosa

A case of Lopezia racemosa, Mosquito flower by Michaela ZorziWoman, 34 year old, mamma carcinoma.She comes to see me in April 2015. She had an ablatio mammae in 2013 because of breast cancer, which was hormon negativ and with no lymphnodes. The tumor expanded within a few weeks. She had no chemotherapy, no radiation was necessary.
My question: What happened before the cancer?
Her family was in a mood of apocalypse in 2012, lost in a delusion of the upcoming end of the world. She had an extremely busy year at school. She works as a teacher for German and acting. Her request to me is a support for the immunsystem and an improvement of frequent pains in the bones. She has those pains when moving and especially from cold air.
She also suffers actually and recurrent from a dry cough, day and night.
General symptoms: increased perspiration of the armpit and palms, sleeping position: abdomen
Desires: loves eggs, fat.
Aversion: fish.
Family anamnesis: cancer (grandmother, mother and cousin); skin cancer and amyloidosis (grandfather)
She describes herself as an active person, always busy, working a lot in her own house and when she is asked for, in the neighborhood too. She is quite good organized in time, but not in space, she has quite a chaos in her home, which she does not care about.
She loves her profession, she loves acting and the German language.
She has a lot of subconscious fears. She says her parents have vaccinated her with those fears. Her parents and sister are vegans, they always fear that something quite dramatic could happen, they avoid life on different levels.
So she lives in a good distance to them, enjoying her own house and garden, flowers and lots of animals, cats, hens, lizards and insects, which she needs for food for the lizards.
In earlier times she had a great fear of insects, so she started to breed potato bugs to get rid of her fear and she overcame it.
A fear which remained is that of water, she hardly can swim.
She has a lot of dreams, about examination, ghosts, dead relatives.
She was raised by her parents in a strict manner, her mother is a therapist, her father is an inventor. She lived in one room together with her sister, there was no private atmosphere, they could not lock up their room, the door always had to be open.
With her father the relationship was sometimes too close as a child, also bodily, she was afraid of him, later on the relationship changed in a good way.
Her mother sometimes had beaten her as a child, they had to be very silent, there were strict rules. Now she has a very close relationship to her, they phone every day.
The world of her parents was small, closed up from the neighbours, no friends, just the family, they mistrusted everybody outside.
My question: Are you also closed up and do you mistrust in a way?
Then she suddenly answers: Yes, I am lesbian and nearly nobody knows. At school I mistrust my colleagues whether they would respect me if they knew. Most of my neighbours do not know either, my partner is 20 years older than me and we live in different households, just in 10 minutes walking distance.
But Mrs. D. is well known by her neighbours to help, to repair all kind of things, to be reliable.
My question: the garden? what do you love?
She answers: all kind of small plants with tiny blossoms.AnalysisIn the family of Onagraceae Jan Scholten mentions the homosexuality and I look it up. The Mosquito flower strikes me, it has a connection to insects and to tumors.
So the anamnesis fits to:
Silver series: parents inventor, therapist, patient acting, language.

Subphase 2: half in relationships, at school, with her partner, she does not dare to be completely in.

She feels herself much more self-confident, the fear to outing herself as a lesbian disappeared.
The most striking thing for the two of us was a simple housefly, which flew all the time during the follow-up close to the face of my patient. I cannot remember when the last housefly was in my praxis, so this coincident was remarkable for both of us, whatever it will mean.

After 5 months of treatment with Lopezia racemosa she has a good mood and no bodily complaints. She considers to write a book about living with one breast.
