In a case of Lac Suis I found phase 16 and phase 17 in one problem of the patient at the same time. And Rows 3, 4 and 6.2 were combined in the main problem.

In all other animal cases of mine I observe the same - there is not one row problem alone but it is always messed with at least one more.
