Man, 83, concentration problems.
He was suddenly blank what to do, where the things are stored.
Stomach problems with a general cold, freezing sensation. Together with it he has nausea and loss of appetite. He has had this attacks 3 time. The sedimentation rate of his blood is enlarged.
He is confused and nervous.
He is talkative, desire to make jokes, even more so when he was young.

He is down to earth.
He has a very good marriage.
