Mrs. A, 40 years, feels guilty that she gave her first son to a crawling room after she had given birth to the second child. He is aggressive, overexcited and therefore unbearable for her. She becomes aggressive through the difficult behaviour of her son, scolds and accuses him for small things, about which she feels later guilty. The patient herself was expelled one year after the birth of her sister and felt unloved by her mother. Her psychological problems began after she and her former partner separated.
