Asplenium bulbiferum
Year 2026, Issue 7, Article 8CaseAuthor: Sally Williams
Man, 40, Lyme, depression and anxiety for 20 years.
He was withdrawn, angry and not motivated. He had the misanthropy you often see with the Ericacea family. I gave him some good remedies and all of his Lyme symptoms seemed to resolve, but at one point his depression became pronounced and it was difficult to figure out why at first.
His family treated him poorly. There was a lot of violence from his father. As a teenager he was angry and got into fights all of the time. Because he felt rejected and poorly treated by his father, he spent most of his time growing up with his Grandfather. He and his grandfather were super close. Then something clicked for me and I asked him if his grandfather was in a war. He told me the story of how his grandfather participated in D-Day and was shot in the face. His grandfather never mentioned his experience until just before he died. I told him I felt he was suffering from transgenerational trauma and prescribed Asplenium bulbiferum! This is what he said just 3 months after the remedy!"Depression has gone down and motivation has gone up.
Fine motor skills have improved.
Actually I have remembered things.
I had to write things down to remember it.
My eyes are open. My speech is clear.I am getting good sleep and I am refreshed.
I can stay up later.
I have been spending more time with the family.
I am more helpful.
Before it is like I see this to be done, but I am so tired I do nothing about it.I am clear and think better.
My irritability is really really good!
I have not had any of the weepiness.
Going to a therapist.I am in good communication with my parents and we have worked things out.
It seems to have helped.
I was tactful and it opened a dialogue.
I was able to speak to them in a way they could hear.I have been able to go do things and be active.
I have a friend and I played soccer!I am so shocked and getting better.
It is hard to focus on anything that is negative.
My body hurts but it is so much better!
Still a little tired, so I do not focus on it at all."So that is just three months after the remedy! Also they have booked a trip to Normandy to see where his grandfather fought in the war. I am thrilled...I just thought you would like to hear, but I am sure you have lots of good fern cases by now! This new book for me is a revelation. It is like when the Lanthanides came along, so profound! I think I have given perhaps a dozen ferns since the summer, but this was the most striking case of all of them.
