They feel pushed by colleagues or family members to do things for them. They try their best and work very hard to fulfil the needs of others. But it is never enough. They feel limited to do their own job because of the demands of parents or children. They want to be loyal, but others expect too much from them, and thus they can only be half loyal.
It can be that their parents ask too much attention and so they cannot attend properly to their job or study. Or their boss asks too much from them so they have minimise they attention for their children or parents.
