Introduction
The central theme is the duality between being free and connected. Connection makes one anchored and secure, connected with family and friends, but it also makes one un-free, stuck, limited, grabbed, caught, stuck, compressed. Being free, but can make one lose contact, detached, distant, loose, unclear, dizzy. There is a need to be free to handle threats, enemies and being attacked.
