The Amaryllidaceae are member of the main clade of the Lilianae, with the emphasis Silicon series. They are in Phase 5 and Subphase 6.

1: 6, Phylum Angiospermae.
2: 3, Silicon series, which in Angiospermae is Monocots.
3: 3, Silicon series, which in Monocots is Liliidae.
4: 5, Phase 5, which in Liliidae is Asparagales.
5: 6, Subphase 6, which in Asparagales is Amaryllidaceae.
6: 12, Stage 12.
