A 68-year-old woman comes in for psoriasis complaints. 15 years ago, she was also treated for this, with an improvement after the prescription of Terbium-sulphuricum. In the meantime, her husband has retired, they have moved to a quiet village, and are enjoying their life. The psoriasis had been manageable for years. However, her feet and hands have now deteriorated again, with cracks appearing, causing a lot of itching. There are large patches on her arm, under her breasts, on the hip bone, and patches in all the folds. The palms of her hands and the soles of her feet are like sandpaper. This has been going on for a few months; it returned after a seaside vacation, which was a good time. Life has changed in the last two years, with retirement and no more work, wonderful; they often travel with the camper. She has had itching and rash in the sacral area for a few years, worse with frost. This is a reflex area of the small pelvis; her ovaries were removed five years ago. She had no complaints then; during a check-up, they saw cysts that were changing. 15 years ago, I had heavy bleeding. Bowel movements: nothing for days, but she doesn't mind. Then one day, a lot and somewhat softer. She has to keep her hands under control, she uses a lot of lanolin cream, especially on the thenar eminence. They exercise a lot and eat healthily, since the operations everything was much better, until a few months ago. As a child, she had nosebleeds, frequent childhood illnesses, and bruised easily. Always low blood pressure. Prone to fainting, including abdominal pain. It was a good childhood; they lived in a nice environment. Her parents had a miscarriage before her, and after her two more children. One of them died young, drowned in the sea during a vacation. On vacation this year, they passed through that area, but she didn't dwell on it. It was never discussed. Grandma said, "This is God's will," and that was the end of her faith. Father had a heart attack in the following years, possibly due to drinking; it was tough for him, and he was unable to work afterward. She is often awake after 4 a.m. She reads stacks of books. She can call out in fear in her sleep: "No, no!" No idea what it's about. Lately, she has been more preoccupied with the past, prompted by a reunion.

Follow up
After a month the skin has not changed yet. However, she sleeps longer at night; her sleep has improved since she took the medicine. Easier to fall asleep, now she sleeps for six hours straight. The sleep problem had been there since childhood, her grandchild has it too, along with the nosebleeds. After two months, the skin is almost clear, in the evening when she gets sleepy there is still itching on the soles of her feet, but nothing else. The skin also looks much better, no longer scaly, now the skin is smoother and not as red. The patches under her armpits are gone, what remains is the elbow crease. Sleep is still much better; she no longer wakes up in the night. After a few months, the entire skin is smooth.
