Essence: restlessly leading.
Restless leader
They want to hold on to their position as leader, that is why they are working restlessly. They feel something might happen any moment which could affect their position. Fortunately they are strong and they don’t shy away from work. Their ceaseless activity makes sure that they can hold on to what they have got. They also inspire their employees with their humour and cheerful good mood.
Obsessively conservative
They like to stick to their principles, it makes them feel secure. They run the business along fixed rules with fixed working hours and everybody is required to stick to that. This way they manage to keep things under control. They like society to be controlled in a similar fashion, they don’t like shady figures who try to undermine the general running of things. They also do their best to take care of people who have fallen on hard times.
Using tyranny to exist
When things threaten to get totally out of hand they may turn into real tyrants. Whether the threat is personal or whether the business is about to be undermined financially, they’ll insist on holding the reign even tighter. They won’t stop at sowing dissidence amongst their employees to keep the business running.
Manipulation viewed with humour
They cannot tolerate much criticism, they immediately feel offended or manipulated, particularly when the criticism comes form their parents or their superiors. They suspect that people are scheming behind their back to take their power away from them. This makes them angry, they might even think of killing their opponents if they see no way out. The only other way out is to move out, sometimes in the most literal sense of the word, in the form of emigration. But before things have gone this far they often know how to diffuse the situation by trying to see the humour of it.
Emigration after failure
Their position and dignity means a lot to them and when it is threatened in any way they may get depressed. They see everyone as their enemy. This feeling is particularly if they have been threatened by a sudden robbery etc. They feel that any any moment now someone will be threatening them with a knife again. To protect themselves they may not hesitate to take the law into their own hand and kill their attackers. They will probably want to build up a new business in another place, somewhere far away from all these threats. Or they give up and commit suicide.
