Rectum: constricted, cramped, spastic; aches, burns, like fire, as if full of broken glass, for hours after stool, < sitting; dry heat; itching; sudden knife-like stitches; constipation; stools must be forced with great effort; haemorrhoids, painful, protruding, > cold water; fissures, painful; stool foetid, thin; diarrhoea; oozing at anus; pinworms, ascaris.
Urinary: urination frequent; urine scanty.
Female: abortion; hysteria with miscarriage; < pregnancy; uterus tumours; fibroids, fibroid.
Limbs: tearing in limbs.
