Introduction

General
Weather: cold, intense, arctic, frozen, internal, rising upward, in waves.
Desire: drinks; intense thirst.
Body
Nerves: benumbing paralysis; paralysis agitans; locomotor ataxia; sensation as if falling to right side.
Head: pain, cold, pressure, band around head; colic waves from occiput to feet or ascending.
Eye: eyeball prominent, exophthalmus; cornea opacities; pressure of the blood behind the eyeball; lids heavy.
Ear: pain right ear, extending round back of head to left ear.
Face: cold, crawling, tight.
Mouth: tongue cold, tender, dry.
Throat: swallowing difficult. Breath cold.
Chest: cold feeling in lungs and in heart.
Heart: slow labored thumping.
Back: cold across scapulae; burning along spine.
Limbs: numb, trembling; hands and feet cold, as ice, burning, cyanosis; feet were swollen; gait staggering, lifting feet high and puts down heel hard, like a cock; pains in muscles and limbs, > stretching.
Skin: scaly.
