Introduction
Coca is very well known as a drug. It is chewed by the Indians as drug to overcome hunger, fatigue and mountain disease. It gives strength, courage and toughness, Stage 6 qualities. It gives a great feeling, as if one can conquer the world. It is a kind of mania, fitting to Phase 1. The other side is timidity and feeling small, finally developing into anxiety and paranoia. This is Phase 3, where one has the feeling of not being really accepted the way one is, that one has to adapt to be accepted.
Mind
Endurance; prolonged exertion, activity, strength, effort, exertion.
Persistent, persevering, force, hard, robust, rugged, tough, sturdy.
Disgust; despised; castaway.
Courageous; loves bungee jumping; mountaineer.
Lack of stamina, rigour, effectiveness, service, joy, innocence.

Lungs: lack of breath, short breath, < aged athletes, < alcoholic users; haemoptysis; asthma, spasmodic; emphysema; dyspnoea.
Heart: palpitation, with weak heart and dyspnoea.
Stomach: air rises with noise and violence, as if it would split the oesophagus.
Abdomen: incarcerated flatus; tympanitic distension.
Male: impotency.
Urinary: enuresis.
