General
Sensation: cutting; stabbing, lancinating, pinching.
Weather: << damp weather; < standing on damp ground.
Time: < 1 pm, < 7 pm.
Sleep: yawning and stretching.
Body
Fever: bilious; chill, much yawning and stretching, suppressed malaria.
Beriberi.
Head: hot, heavy forehead; headache, violent, tearing, constriction, dull, temples, forehead.
Eyes: deeply yellow; pain sticking, as of a splinter, in inner canthus of left eye.
Ears: pain sticking, rim of the cartilage of left ear.
Nose: nosebleed; running nose.
Mouth: tongue coated with a dirty, brown fur; bitter taste; salivation; unpleasant breath.
Throat: pain, scalded, back of throat; scraping.
Stomach: nausea and vomiting, with great weakness; spitting large lumps of yellow matter, apparently from the stomach.
Abdomen: pain griping, cutting; jaundice of new born.
Rectum: stool, watery, copious, frothy, olive green; diarrhoea, squirting, spurting, forceful, cholera; purging.
Urinary: dropsy.
Limbs: pain, sharp, darting, in fingers and thumbs, knees, toes and instep; gouty pain in great toes; pain, hip-joints, extends down extremities; arthritic nodules.
Skin: orange; smarting, stinging, burning; urticaria < suppressed intermittent.
