Sleep: restless; sleepiness; sleeplessness, complete.
Physical: < noise; > lying down.
Fever: feverishness, total insomnia, cold sweats, contracture of the masticatory muscles; syphilis.
Nervous: convulsions, epileptic, epilepsy; catatonia.
Vertigo with nausea, > lying down.
Head: headache, < night, > rising; irritation of the brain.
Eyes: pupils dilated.
Mouth: discoloured, feeling of swallowing his tongue; bad taste in the mouth.
Throat: dry, constant need to swallow, swallowing difficult.
Throat: larynx constriction.
Lungs: irregular respiration.
Heart: palpitation with anxiety and hysterical spasms; pulse accelerated, frequent, accelerated, elevated, exalted, fast, innumerable, rapid, irregular; extrasystole; hypertension.
Chest: spasms; constriction.
Stomach: acrid dyspepsia; yellow-green vomiting, bilious; hiccough.
Abdomen: distended; heat in the epigastrium, > stool; cholecystitis; biliary sycosis syndrome; viral jaundice.
Rectum: ineffectual straining; stools soft, orange-yellow.
Urinary: pain, colic, left kidney, towards left ureter, pains with nausea.
Back: heavy, neck, < night, < going to bed; pain, aching, in the left lumbar muscles < bending down.
Limbs: cold, sweating, heavy; joints painful; muscular spasms, with fatigue; Gunter's paralytic myoglobinuria, painful attacks of muscular contracture, with fever and with haemoglobin in the urine; neuromuscular and arthritic pains.
Skin: discoloured, yellow, dry, despite cold sweating.
