Introduction
They feel threatened, terrorised. They feel persecuted, pursued by men or police. But they cannot escape, there is no way out. They feel like a cat in the corner, so they can become angry, full of rage and cruel. They can be cruel with you as a doctor. They do not trust people and have the tendency to avoid company. They feel that others want to hurt them or manipulate them. Mostly they do not say it but this is the feeling they arouse in you.
They project their feeling of paranoia onto the outside world. They start threatening others, become irritable and even violent. They can be very unfeeling and even cruel. Their threatening is a kind of self defense, to hold people away. They fear people that come too near, have an aversion being touched or talked to.
In order to get free from people they stop cooperating, start sabotaging things deliberately, so other people start avoiding them, as they cannot be trusted. In a way the epilepsy and idiocy are also a kind of sabotage or escape.
Another way out is becoming crazy, behaving as an idiot.
