Acidum carbolicum
General
Sensation: prickling, burning, sudden pain, acutely coming and going.
Sweat: profuse, cold.
Desire whiskey; tobacco.
Physical: < jar; < reading; < pregnancy; < combing hair.
Body
General: languid, prostrate, sopor, collapse; acute serious, life threatening allergic reactions, anaphylactic !!; foulness; sepsis; low fever; exudations, secretions bloody, burning, ichorous corrosive, putrid; malignancy, cancer; scarlatina, variola, malignant.
Head: tender scalp; headache dull, heavy, as if a rubber band from temple to temple, frontal; burning ball in forehead.
Face: dusky.
Ear: abscess, right, from physical exertion, much walking.
Nose: acute smell; pale!.
Mouth: pale!; fetor oris.
Throat: glazed; allergy mucous membranes.
Lungs: suffocation.
Heart!: thready pulse.
Stomach!: sore; vomiting, < drunkards, < pregnancy, dark, olive-green fluid; sea-sickness, cancer; heartburn.
Abdomen: flatulence.
Rectum: shreddy stools; mucus from anus when urinating; dysentery, fluid, mucus, like scarpings of mucus membranes, with great tenesmus; diarrhoea, stool thin, involuntary, black, of an intolerable odor; constipation, with horrible offensive breath.
Urinary: urine scanty, green, dark.
Female: leucorrhoea, thick, itching, acid, copious, fetid, green.
Back: aching between scapulae.
Limbs: bones bare, crushed.
Skin: vesicles; pustules; erysipelas; wounds lacerated, with blunt instruments.
DD: Ammonium carbonicum, Asarum europaeum, Calendula, Cantharis, Carbo vegetabilis, Opium, Psorinum, Pyrogenium, Verattrum album.
