General: growth retarded.
Heart: anaemia, pernicious; pain, extending left arm.
Chest: pain, sore, pressing, cramping, stitching atrocious, sternum, lateral of the nipples, extending around the chest to the right scapula and to the right biceps.
Stomach: hernia diaphragmtica.
Abdomen: pancreas.
Urinary: urine scanty; cystitis; prostatism.
Male: pain, prepuce, testicles, > urinating.
Limbs: infectious bursitis, left elbow.
